Melissa Watson has suffered through her fair share of sleepless nights, wondering what might happen to her home at the East End Mobile Home Park – soon, she may finally be able to rest easy. Watson has spent more than a year working with her neighbors to save the park that is located along Va. 29 in Manassas.
Construction Bonds, Inc. (CBI) handled the bond request of $1.6mm to save residents of this Prince William County mobile park from being evicted. A Catholic charity organization took over management of the park and the City agreed to back away from doing sewer improvements there. CBI will bond the job and the client will do the improvements to the mobile home park.
